Confirm pre-appointment

Transition a PENDING pre-appointment to CONFIRMED. Missing or AI-rejected supports never block the confirmation; the caller is expected to warn the user beforehand.

Forbidden - your credentials are not authorised for this operation

Not Found - no pre-appointment with that id for your provider

The pre-appointment is not in PENDING status
