Download the validation errors CSV of a support config upload process

GET 
/v1/checkin/support-configs/process/:processId/errors

Returns the validation errors CSV generated for a support config upload process, as a text/csv attachment. Only the process owned by the authenticated provider is visible; a process owned by a different provider, or one without an errors file, returns 404.
