List dispatch packages (sent accounts)

/v1/accounts/sent-accounts-statuses

List the dispatch packages (accounts sent to a payer) for the authenticated provider, including provider details, invoices, and the support files uploaded for each invoice. Each support file entry includes the S3 URL where the document can be accessed. Supports filtering by status, date range, and search value, and is paginated.
