Duplicate support files onto rebilled charges

/v1/charges/duplicate-support-files

Copy the support files already attached to one charge onto another charge of the same admission, so a rebilled (refaturado) charge inherits its documentation instead of being uploaded again. Send origin_event_id, agreement_code and the charges_to_duplicate list of (source_charge_code, target_charge_code) pairs.

The copy is applied synchronously and returns 204. Both charges must belong to the same origin_event_id under the given agreement.
